Cheese “Edam Lux”

Cheese “EDAM Lux” refers to cheeses of the Dutch type with a similar taste and aroma, has a different sourdough. The cheese has a clean, pleasant, slightly spicy taste. Has a fairly firm consistency, there is no drawing. The texture is light yellow with a shade of white. Suitable for both hot dishes and desserts.
